ocated in Istanbul, Türkiye, Old Town Hotel is a boutique hotel interior design project focused on the guest room levels of a 20-room hotel in the city’s historic district. Atelier E & Co developed an advanced hospitality design guide package for the client, setting out the hotel’s design intent, room matrix, guest experience strategy, brand positioning, key touchpoints, material strategy, FF&E approach, joinery language and detailing principles across several room types. This allowed the client’s local builder and in-house design team to execute the project on site with a clear and cohesive design foundation. Warm timber, subtle wallcoverings, clean-lined joinery, textured carpet insets and refined material selections come together to create a calm and considered guest room experience.
